Battery World Chatswood the BEST! I recently had a flat battery, called NRMA. Was informed by the patrolman technician that I needed a new battery as it was unable to be recharged, he could replace.. cost just over $400. I declined, recharged my battery & drove to Battery World Chatswood, (where I had previously received amazing service few years back) they checked my battery (battery test attached) my battery was healthy & charged beautifully in such a short drive. Was told my battery had plenty of life still in it, however when it needed to be replaced same top notched battery would cost $280! Big difference in cost & service, excellent!!

They suggested a jump start instead of replacing my two-year-old battery and even tested it for free, showing it could last another 6–12 months. Their honesty really impressed me. They now have a loyal customer. Highly recommend!
Gaz was brilliant. Went in after my EVs 12 went flat. Checked the 12V and gave me some great advise. Set me up with battery checking ability and battery tips. Wonderful service. Will be going with all my cars to Battery World at Chatswood and recommending.

He took the time to thoroughly discuss my situation and gave both my daughter and me genuinely useful advice. What impressed me most was how he treated us like valued customers despite this being “just a battery purchase” - his attention to detail and personal care made all the difference. This place is absolutely brilliant! Got my car battery replaced here today and they even did the installation for free. The staff are super friendly and, more importantly, really know their stuff. A few other mechanics told me my car’s battery was tricky to replace, but the team here handled it with ease and explained everything so patiently. And to top it off — the owner speaks Mandarin! Six stars from me, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A former British Royal Air Force Corporal, Steve was part of the Tactical Communications Wing, responsible for setting up communications and radar for mobile airfields. Once established, he maintained machinery from tanks to refueling trucks, work that took him across the globe from Africa to Scandinavia. When his brother moved to Australia, Steve followed and brought his technical expertise with him. Today, he and his family run Battery World Chatswood, combining military precision with a commitment to customer service, solving power problems big and small.
