Not just good folks but great service! Awkward battery placement? (Boot, under carpet, under spare tyre, ORM audio equipment in the way) Not a problem. Just really impressed with the thoughtful, careful way they went about changing out the battery in our Euro 4WD: sounds simple on paper but in practice was actually quite awkward. But from the battery test, to confirm poor condition, to the actual replacement they were just great, good practice the whole way tbrough. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service award goes to....Cody from Battery World, Busselton. I raced to the store after work only to get there 15 minutes before closing. Although assisting other customers, he welcomed me, and when available, helped me choose the appropriate car battery. Without a word of complaint, he fit the battery, even replacing the missing vent tube. He worked efficiently and with attention to detail. Thank you for providing such a high level of care, Cody.

Excellent service on testing old battery and then selecting new one options. No pressure on what to buy just a polite answers when questions asked by us. Battery selected and installed, great service all round and made sure he knew we were very happy.

Cody is the man! His confidence, knowledge, ability to overcome pressure and operate in a challenging environment is admirable. Store clearly needed two people as he was testing & changing batteries, educating customers and helping them with sales. He helped me out with a battery replacement, given my basic setup, he focused on safety and offered to crimp the connections instead of loose wires.
