I've used Battery World for the last few years to replace batteries. Great service. Convenient to use and the call out service is fantastic. 10 minutes to change a battery. The technician rang beforehand to let me know he was on his way and his ETA. I'm very happy to use this company.
Friendly staff, especially Dale, who was incredibly helpful. He immediately took the initiative to check the condition of my car battery. Dale also tested other electrical components of the car to ensure his advice was thorough and accurate. He was the first battery tech to not try push an unwarranted sale, his transparency is much appreciated. Will be going to these guys once my battery no longer has any life left.
HIghly recommended place with polite and knowledgeable staff! Was parked around the corner and was helped out by Mitch. He did not hesitate to walk with me to my car with all of his gear and checked out my vehicle. Solved the problem, shook my head and didn't ask for anything else. Really neat and courteous shop. Would recommend and 100% got a regular customer!
2nd time I’ve used Caringbah team,with my other vehicle. Personally I hate waiting…I left my car in the driveway hood up keys and credit card in a secure spot. They came they fixed charged fairly and left car secure along with receipt. Received a voice message car was sorted and ready to drive. Came home from the beach/training and literally jumped in my car and took off on My next job. Trustworthy,fast,efficient, yes highly recommended..10/10
