Battery World Bankstown

Experienced, knowledgable staff. Assisted with educating me on setting up dual battery in my 4x4. Very happy with the products I purchased

I had such a great experience with Battery World Bankstown. I’d accidentally left my car accessories running without the engine properly on for too long and completely drained the battery, so when I went to leave, my car wouldn’t start. At the time I thought I was going to be stuck there for ages trying to organise roadside assistance, but then I saw Battery World Bankstown offered a call-out service without needing to sign up to anything. I contacted them and within about 20 minutes I had spoken to someone, they had come out, replaced my battery, taken payment and everything was completely sorted. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. The customer service was exceptional and they were professional, efficient and incredibly fast. I know I was already in the Bankstown area, but I was still so impressed with how quickly they were able to help. Couldn’t fault the service at all and would definitely recommend them. Thanks so much, guys. You genuinely made a stressful situation so much easier. Keep up the great work!

Very helpful stuff, showed them a picture of my battery and notice I had my old battery terminal in front instead of at the back which were pulling on my wires. Great pick up on my mistake thank you so much it work out great again thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.

Amazing customer service from all the team, especially Mohamed he is a great gentleman, answering all the questions my father had. He replaced the car battery and had so much knowledge about the products. Highly recommend this Battery World at Bankstown, they have great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable.
