Battery World Bankstown

My car battery died so conviently literally in the car park where this shop is located. I couldn't even lock my var. I quickly went up to the shop and was greeted by a young fellow named Mohammad. Told him my issue and he was more than happy to come out to the car and check out the issue. Battery was giving issues previously, so was great he tested it and showed me the issue. Bad cell. Gave me my options, told me he's happy to try jump start it but unfortunately wasn't working. We tried few times. Made a phone call to husband and told me the battery needed to be changed anyways. So Mohammed gave me the best options suited to my car and explained all the details. Changed the battery for me and ensured all was good to go, with reset etc. Honestly, what a great service! Thank you Mohammad for your help. Truly appreciated it very much. Went back into the stall to get my warranty after paying outside with the eftpos. Thank you very much for your help. Great customer service, very polite, very attentive and explained all the details needed. Highly recommend this place and most definitely recommend Mohammad.

The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. They were able to complete a load check and "health report" on my vehicle on initial request. The store even had the correct battery in stock, after checking correct fitment list against my vehicle. The staff were able to price match a competitor (after showing proof). My car battery died while I was parked in the Homemaker car park. I went into batteryworld and Mohammed came out, checked the battery, advised me on battery purchase and helped me with the price, too. Not just that, but he even jump started the car for me as a quick fix for the time being. He'll definitely be my go to for any battery issues!
