Product Details

The Mote replacement remote is designed to suit compatible Merlin garage door openers using the M802 blue remote system.

It’s a practical option if your original remote has been lost or damaged, or if you simply need an extra handset for another user. Because Merlin has used several different remote generations, it’s important to check both your existing remote and motor model before ordering.

Suitable for:

  • M230T - Prolift
  • M430R - Prolift
  • M802 - Blue Remote
  • P-230T - Prolift
  • Australian systems only

Important: This remote is not compatible with green Merlin remotes, Merlin+ or Merlin+ 2.0 models, or motors manufactured after July 2001.

It is also not suitable if your remote button is grey or if your remote model is M872.

This is a Mote compatible replacement remote and is not a genuine Merlin product.
