    I have so much appreciation for the service and attitude of this company. In particular, Maggie delivered a service level way beyond what one typically expects. Starting in Port Macquarie, the BW there didn't have the battery I needed in stock but worked the phones to locate one for me in Gateshead. Several hours later I arrive to find Maggie working solo and watched her deal with 4 customers in 10 minutes, 2 of which were outside in the rain! Mine included. When I got there today, I was impressed by the excellent customer service, friendly chat while working and lil bit of education around battery terminals. Fabulous work ethic young man.
