The young man that was sent out to help is a credit to your company. He tried everything to start my daughter's motorhome and finally succeeded. I am hoping that the battery keeps it charge and I will be getting an auto electrician out after Christmas to see if anything is draining the charge while it is standing. Visited Batteryworld on Saturday 15 November and the young man working that day, could not have been more helpful. He went way above and beyond what he needed to. He fitted my car battery on the spot (we were going to fit it ourselves, however it took him only minutes to do, and Im sure it would have taken us forever!). Just wanted to give a loud and proud shout out to this young man. It is very hard to find service like that these days. You should be very proud to have him as an employee.
