The guys were very knowledgeable about everything whether it’s just a battery or a complete off road solar set up. I walked in said I needed a battery as my car was struggling to start I was given a choice of two batteries i chose the one i wanted, the gentleman got my car straight in to fit it for me but before that he actually tested my old battery ( showed me the test results) to see if I really needed it replaced. A very clean workshop where the new one was fitted and it was all done in less than 10 minutes
Battery World Ipswich were incredibly easy to deal with , my motorbike was sitting in a storage shed with a dead battery , they had the right one there at a price I could afford , was in and out in under 10 mins , they were busy when I walked in . Excellent service!! We broke down today with suspected faulty alternator.. a little far from home and it was late afternoon near closing time. Peter ended up promptly coming out and changing battery, re coded my battery plus diagnosed and confirmed alternator wasn’t charging. The new battery got me home and now booked in for alternator at mechanics. Peter was very thorough, informative and clearly very good at what he does. Not just a good review but a thank you as well.

Phillip was exceptional he fault found the issue with our Mazda CX5 Battery and gave us honest advice which could have saved us a roadside assist call out and we replaced the battery before an issue occurred. Great prompt service we will be back for sure for any battery or 12v needs
