Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Battery World Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 050 399 605) (‘Battery World’) of 49-65 Cobalt Street, Carole Park, QLD 4300.
2. The promotion commences on 1 April 2025 and ends on 31 August 2025.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are VOLT members at the time of entry and over the age of 18.
4. Customers who sign up for VOLT membership on the day of purchase are eligible.
5. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
6. To enter, customers must:
1. Be a VOLT member (either by joining or already being a member) at the time of purchase.
2. Make an eligible purchase of any car battery from a participating store during the Promotion Period.
3. Complete the survey sent via email post-purchase (the survey link will be included in the post-purchase email).
4. Agree and comply with these ‘terms and conditions’.
7. Only one entry per VOLT member is permitted per month due to the survey requirement.
8. Entries from each month (except winning entries) will roll over into the following month's draw.
9. There is $1000 to be won per state per month, totalling $5000 across Australia per month.
10. The states/regions are categorised as follows:
• Queensland/Northern Territory (QLD/NT)
• Western Australia (WA)
• South Australia (SA)
• New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory (NSW/ACT)
• Victoria/Tasmania (VIC/TAS)
11. The total prize pool across the Promotion Period is $25,000.
12. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, prize money will be awarded via EFT to the winners nominated account.
13. A random draw will be conducted at the beginning of each month to determine the winners from all eligible entries received up until that point (including entries rolled over from previous months). All draws will take place at Sam Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, 3207 at 2.00pm
14. Draws will take place on:
• May 1, 2025
• June 1, 2025
• July 1, 2025
• August 1, 2025
• September 1, 2025
15. Winners will be notified via phone and email within 5 business days of the draw and have their name and postcode announced on www.batteryworld.com.au 7 days after each draw.
16. If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, a redraw will occur. The redraw will take place on the 15th September, 2025 at Sam Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, 3207 at 2.00pm.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
20. By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name and image for promotional purposes.
21. The Promoter will collect and use personal information to conduct the promotion and award prizes in accordance with its privacy policy available here.
