New Franchise Partner For Western Sydney’s Castle Hill Battery World Store

A dedicated automotive electrician who has built a reputation for exceptional customer service across western Sydney is opening his third business – driven by a simple mission to be there when local motorists need help most.

Local entrepreneur Corey Helm has taken over the Castle Hill Battery World store, after previously owning and selling two successful stores in the network at Ryde and Parramatta, also in Sydney’s west.

Improving access to on-the-run help is at the top of the list for Corey, who is aiming to provide 24-7 roadside assistance service to motorists in the area as part of his refresh of the busy outlet.

“My goal is to have a van on the road at all times to be there for people in the area when they need it. Our after-hours service will be a big focus,” Corey said.

And while Castle Hill is not near water, the demographic of the area means many residents also own recreational craft like boats and jet skis.

“There’s a lot of people in this area who have extra toys like boats that they need batteries for, so we expect to be busy,” Corey said.

The Castle Hill store, at 7-13 Victoria Avenue, has recently had an internal and external fit-out and Corey is aiming to keep the look and feel modern and inviting for customers.

He said he was attracted to return to the Battery World network, after selling his previous stores in 2021, due to the strength of the brand, the freedom and the support provided to franchise partners.

Corey will take over the store on October 14. The Castle Hill store will offer a wide range of automotive, camping, motorbike, and marine batteries – plus thousands of other power solutions – along with professional testing, delivery and installation services, computer resets and the support of locally employed staff.
