Firstly I would like to declare my disappointment. Disappointment that more businesses do not have service as Awesome as the customer service I received when I made my recent purchase at Ipswich Battery World.
Not only was the sale a smooth process, but I was fully informed of the options that I had… i.e. Cost vs Quality vs Branding. The sales person also informed me on battery care (meaning longer until I see you again for a replacement, but making me more eager to purchase from you for any and all other battery needs I have), what I should do, what I should not do, how the battery behaves after its first official fill and why… something I would normally have no knowledge of in my profession. Right up to offering advice on battery charges and even a deal on the correct charger when purchased with my new battery.
I was not ‘sold’ into a more expensive option, but advised on pro’s and con’s of the differences, and not made to feel I had made a wrong decision when my mind was made up.I left the store with two things, a new battery to get my motorcycle on the road again AND a smile from the EXCELLENT customer service.
