Product Details

Phoenix Smart IP43 SLA/LiFePO4 Charger 24V 25A (3 output) 230V

With boat owners in mind this adaptive 5-step charger can provide either 30A or 50A of charge to each of three battery banks. Or the Phoenix 1+1 model provides 3A to the starter-battery, the rest to the ‘house’ bank. 24V models are available with 16A/25A charge. Bluetooth enabled, you can monitor the charger and set alarms straight from your phone.

Phoenix Smart (3): three full current outputs to charge 3 battery banks
All outputs can supply the full rated output current. *But the total of the 3 outputs combined can never exceed the current rating of the charger

Automatic voltage compensation
The charger compensates for voltage drop over the DC cabling by slightly increasing output voltage when the DC current increases. Please see the manual for details.

Important Information:

This charger's output current can be programmed between 7.5 Amps & 30 Amps
All Batteries connected to this charger MUST be capable of a maximum charge rate of the programmed output current.

There is no individual charge cycle for each separate battery, therefore all batteries will follow the same charge cycle.

As this charger contains an integrated FET battery isolator, It is therefore possible to charge three batteries with a single charger whilst keeping the batteries isolated. Charging current is divided among the batteries dependant on battery state of charge in combination with battery parameters and other circuit parameters.

The charger, when connected to multiple batteries will raise the voltage of the lowest battery at the selected full current until it matches the second lowest battery voltage. At this point the available current is spread between these two batteries. When the voltage of the two batteries then matches the third battery the current is divided between the three batteries. All batteries will then reach absorption phase together and cycle together.
