The Saft LO26SX is a 3 volt lithium-sulpher dioxide D-cell battery.

It features stable discarge, high pulse capacity and the capability to be stored for extended periods of time prior to use. LO26SX batteries are commonly used in radiocommunications equipment, beacons and emergency location transmitters, sonobuoys and military applications.
