Delivery Policy

Battery World online orders are currently only available for collection in store.  Should a customer require delivery and installation of a product this will need to be discussed with the local store directly.

Battery World will make every effort to ensure your purchase is available for collection within 1 to 5 working days. 

During sale periods we will do everything we can to ensure that the desired product is available for purchase however in some instance there may be a stock outage at which point an equivalent or better product will be offered to the customer for collection or the customer will be advised of the delay in providing the sale item. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details and a representative from the selected preferred store may contact the customer to confirm that the product is ready for collection. 

Changes to your order

In some instances, the representative may confirm some specific details about the application the product is being used for to ensure that it is the correct product and will be fit for purpose.  It is found that the selected product is not fit for purpose, a refund may be provided and the representative will sell the correct item to the customer and arrange for either collection of the product or delivery which may incur additional charges.

When collecting orders

Please ensure that you bring a current form of identification when collecting.  If you are a nominated collector for a customer who has purchased please ensure that you have the details of the order as well as identification with you when collecting.
